These terms govern use of the Restmere store and purchases from restmere (“Restmere”, “we” or “us”). Last updated: October 7, 2026. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate account, billing and delivery details. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, infringe rights or interfere with its operation.

Products and safe use

Fabric One is sourced through an independent supplier. Specifications are supplier listed and performance may vary. Photographs may vary with lighting and screens; supplementary editorial scenes are identified as illustrative. Read the included manual and surface-care instructions before use. Do not use the appliance outside its permitted purpose or expose eyes or skin to UV light. We do not advertise medical treatment, certified sterilization, HEPA filtration or independently substantiated allergen-removal percentages.

Prices, payments and offers

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping eligibility are shown before payment. Offers apply only according to their displayed terms. The current pair offer reduces the price by $10 per eligible Fabric One when the order contains at least two; savings are calculated in the cart and checkout. Discounts do not combine unless expressly allowed.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Acceptance and fulfillment depend on payment authorization, availability, valid delivery details and fraud checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory or a material pricing error, and will notify you and refund payments for an unfulfilled canceled order. We will not replace a product with a materially different item without your agreement.

Third-party fulfillment and shipping

We partner with an independent fulfillment supplier through Doba and remain your customer-support contact. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. We will address shipment delays and cancellation/refund rights in accordance with applicable law. Third-party fulfillment does not waive our responsibilities to you.

Returns and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligible issues, evidence, request timing, authorized returns and refund handling. Non-defective change-of-mind returns are not accepted except where required by law. Our supplier does not accept voluntary cancellations, including before shipment. Rights concerning delayed shipment, unavailable goods and other legally protected circumstances remain in effect. Contact Restmere promptly about an order problem.

Content and third-party links

Store copy, brand presentation and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Supplier media and platform materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may not copy or exploit store content without permission. Links to other services are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for every action of those services.

Errors, changes and availability of the service

We may correct inaccurate content, technical issues or omissions and update future offers. Material errors affecting an existing order will be addressed with you, including cancellation and refund where appropriate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, but will maintain reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

Liability and consumer rights

Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only where legally permitted. Nothing excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory product, refund, privacy and consumer-protection rights. We do not require customers to waive those rights because an independent supplier fulfills an order. No additional contractual warranty is promised unless expressly stated.

Enforcement, severability and changes

We may restrict misuse of the store where permitted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining valid provisions continue to apply. Updated terms apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise. Your purchase is governed by the terms provided at that time, subject to applicable law.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to applicable U.S. law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive rights, remedies or access to a court that cannot lawfully be excluded.
